Chinese giant Huawei today launched its new smart watch in India: the Huawei Watch GT Active, originally launched earlier this year in March, comes in a 46mm case and features an AMOLED screen of 1, 39 inches with a 454 × 454 resolution screen.
However, the highlight of the Huawei Watch GT Active is the battery life that Huawei claims. According to the company, the Huawei Watch GT Active has a battery that can last up to 2 weeks, that's incredible and is not something that is often heard on smart watches.
The watch also comes with heart rate and sleep tracking functions, and also has TruSeen 3.0 and TruSleep 2.0 that are smart watch functions with fancy labels. TruSleep keeps track of your sleep patterns and can reportedly give you tips on how to sleep better, while TruSeen 3.0 offers continuous monitoring of your heart rate. There is also a triathlon feature that can help in the pursuit of swimming, running and cycling.
The Watch GT Active does not use Google's wearOS, and Huawei uses its own Lite operating system on the watch to offer better battery life and probably better overall optimization.
The Huawei Watch GT Active is available in Flipkart at a price of Rs. 15,990 as of today. It comes in two colors: green and orange.
